About Me
Introduced to the mountains by my father, I was an explorer from a young age. Together, he and I ventured out to the local smaller and higher peaks in my native country. I have memories of us waking up early in the morning, my father always carrying his beloved Zenith SLR and 8mm camera. We would head to the trails, chasing light and adventure. As I was turning into a teenager, I became more passionate about climbing higher peaks in Tatras and Alps, and now that I have two children of my own, I am trying to re-create these incredible experiences and give them the same gift that my father gave to me.
Combining my passions for nature and photography, I noticed many of my friends and colleagues settling into their daily routines, ignoring the beauty of life. By posting photographs online, I saw the spark of adventure revived in them. They asked me questions like: "How did you get there?""How can I go camping?""How can I make nature part of my life?"
I started introducing more and more people to the natural world, inspiring them with my photographs to leave their desks and screens. I wanted them to see the non-artificial part of the world! Today, I'd like my art to be a source of motivation. I'd like my photographs to scream "GO! You too can be part of this amazing world that surrounds us." If you look at my art online or purchase a print for your space, I would like it to serve the role of reminder: that there is beauty out there and that the only thing between you and adventure is your will to find it. Life's too short to miss these moments!
